Annual Maintenance Contact ( AMC ) of Computer & Pheripherals
Subject : General Rates for AMC of Computer Non-Comprehensive
Pc System and all its Peripherals should not be moved from installed position without the Knowledge of concerned of TRS Group of System or his guidance.
Maintenance Services will be Provided within 24/7
Burn & Damaged Goods / Part not Cover in Annual Maintenance contract (AMC).
The Contract will cease if any person other than TRS Group of System Opens the System. The Customers has the Right to make any changes or attachment to the equipment under AMC, by Concerning with TRS Group of System. If any up Gradation or Addition is to be made to the systems of a Presentative of TRS Group of System Services and AMC Charges will be increased accordingly.
We shall not be responsible for repair of damage or malfunction of system due to accident , or use of non – standard Electrical power , dust air conditioning . If Repaired the Customers has to bear the cost of spares.
Replacement of all parts , consumable parts like graphics card , Extra Device and etc.. shall be charged extra as they are not covered under any type of AMC Agreement ( AMC with Parts or AMC Without Parts )type of parts and services will be charged extra. In like Drivers will be Extra Charged.

- AMC Charge of Per PC Without Part @ Rs:1,800/- 6 Months
- AMC Charge of Per PC Without Part @ Rs:3,000/- 12 Months
- AMC Charge of Per Laptop Without Part @ Rs:400/- Per Month
- AMC Charge of Per Laptop Without Part @ Rs:2,100/- 6 Months
- AMC Charge of Per Laptop Without Part @ Rs:3,600/- 12 Months
- Networking Maintenance 3 Connections @ Rs:750/- Per Month
- AMC Charge for CCTV Camera Without Part @ Rs:1450/- 6 Months
- Toner Refilling Charges @ Rs:475/- Per Toner
